Banana smoothie with oats
Smoothies have been at the peak of popularity for several years now, and they are present on the menu of any decent cafe or restaurant. These healthy drinks made from fruits, grains, vegetables, and dairy products can replace breakfast or serve as a light snack, for example, after a workout.

Directions
To make a smoothie, you need a blender, either a countertop one or an immersion blender, it doesn't matter. My favorite and signature recipe is a smoothie made from banana, kefir, oats, and honey. This drink is very beneficial for the stomach and improves intestinal motility. Kefir is a source of calcium essential for bones, bananas are rich in potassium which strengthens the heart and blood vessels and prevents fluid retention in the body. Oat flakes contain B vitamins, and honey is a treasure trove of micronutrients. It's not just a drink, it's a elixir of health, agree. In principle, this composition is already good in taste and overall, but you can continue to improve and diversify it. First, let's make the basic base. Put pieces of ripe banana (slightly overripe or slightly underripe will do) and oat flakes (any kind you have at home) in a container where we'll blend it with a blender.
You can replace oat flakes with bran or flakes with bran, experiment! Add honey, pour in kefir or, for example, liquid yogurt, and blend it. You'll get a delicious, thick, fragrant, and sweet cocktail. Now divide it into two parts. In one part, which we'll call the children's milkshake, add raspberries. In summer, use fresh raspberries. In winter, use frozen ones. Alternatively, you can try using raspberry jam, but then make the smoothie without honey, otherwise it will be too sweet.
Now, you can call your child and treat him, while he enjoys, prepare something unusual for yourself.
Matcha smoothie, very interesting. Agree. This Japanese invigorating drink is now very popular. Moreover, it is often not drunk, but used to make desserts, cakes, ice cream, and pies. We use it more beneficially - sprinkle a little in our smoothie. The tea will give the drink a lively green color, interesting taste, aroma, and invigorating effect.
Enjoy your meal!
