Sweet lovers can add sugar or honey, but we love the natural fruity taste, so I rarely add sugar. Close the blender and turn it on for a few minutes to mix all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass. The smoothie is ready. It only remains to serve it in glasses. Before serving, you can add muesli or decorate with whipped cream. Enjoy your meal!
