Kiwi Smoothie

Kiwi smoothie

Recently, a pleasant and healthy habit appeared in our family - starting every morning with a glass of smoothie. This drink can be made different every day, without repeating, by adding seasonal berries, oat flakes, bran, mixing vegetables and fruits depending on their color and taste. Very young children will definitely appreciate smoothies with ice cream, honey, or jam. Overall, there are only positive aspects. Today I offer you a recipe for a kiwi smoothie. This is one of the many variations of this wonderful drink.

I recommend using natural homemade yogurt to make a smoothie. It is not difficult to make if you have a yogurt maker, a multicooker, or just a battery. And the taste is much better and softer than store-bought, and you will know for sure in what conditions and for how long your yogurt has been stored, as its beneficial properties decrease with the increase in storage time. The taste of our smoothie can be varied by adding a banana to it or replacing honey with ice cream. Serve by pouring the drink into individual glasses and sprinkling with oat flakes or kiwi slices.
