Directions
For this recipe of marinated grapes, take the following ingredients: grapes, black and fragrant peppers, cloves, bay leaf, water, sugar, table vinegar.
You can use grapes of different varieties for this recipe. Of course, seedless grapes are the best choice, but it's okay if they have seeds. First, you need to prepare the grapes properly. Rinse them well in cold water. Carefully remove the berries from the stems and discard any damaged fruits. Place them on a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Prepare the jars and lids. Wash them thoroughly. Place a clove, fragrant and black pepper, and a bay leaf on the bottom.
Place the grapes in the jars.
Now let's prepare a marinade dressing. Boil water with sugar. When the water boils, add table vinegar. Boil once again.
Carefully pour the hot marinade into jars with grapes. Cover with clean lids.
Sterilize for 10-15 minutes from the moment you notice that the water in the pot has boiled. The water should simmer slowly.
After sterilizing the jars, seal them tightly. Turn them upside down, no need to wrap, and let them cool completely. The marinated grapes are ready. This preserve can be stored in a pantry or cellar.
