Directions
In fact, you can prepare this appetizer at home - just slice and assemble everything - then you only need to heat it up on the grill outdoors. Choose all the filling ingredients to your taste - there are no strict instructions here. The same goes for the meat - I have smoked chicken breast, but ham, sausage, or even leftover barbecue would work just fine... I will simply show you my version with my selection of ingredients.
To make tortillas with grilled vegetables, cut chicken meat into cubes.
Grate the cheese using a large grater.
Thinly slice the Chinese cabbage.
Slice vegetables such as cucumber and sweet pepper into thin strips, onions into semi-circles, and tomatoes into small cubes.
For the sauce, mix tomato sauce with mayonnaise, chopped dill, and garlic.
Now let's put it all together. First, spread a tortilla with 1 tablespoon of sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Now add the desired amount of vegetables and meat.
All that's left is to fold everything into a wrap - fold the bottom first, then the edges. You can secure it with a toothpick. In this form, packed tortillas with filling can be taken for a picnic.
Once you're at the destination, simply grill the tortillas quickly over the coals until they turn a beautiful golden brown. Be careful not to burn them!
A quick and incredibly delicious snack is ready! Enjoy! By the way, if you don't plan to make a fire, you can easily fry the prepared tortillas in a skillet at home. Even when cooled down, they will still be juicy and the tortilla will remain crispy.
