Information
Ingredients
- Flour200 g
- Chocolate50 g
- Butter180 g
- Egg4 piece
- Sour cream3 tablespoon
- Hazelnut40 g
- Powdered sugar150 g
- Almond40 g
- Vanilla sugar20 g
- Dough conditioner1.5 teaspoon
Directions
All the ingredients used for this pie should be at room temperature, so take sour cream, butter, and eggs out of the refrigerator at least one hour before baking. Beat powdered sugar in a large bowl with softened butter until fluffy. The amount of powdered sugar can be adjusted to taste. If you are a big fan of sweet, you can confidently add another 50g.
One by one, mix the eggs into the butter-sugar mixture, stirring well each time. If you think that the butter starts to separate, don't worry - we will fix it by adding flour.
Add sour cream to the butter-egg cream and beat again.
Stir the sifted flour with baking powder.
Put hazelnuts and almonds on a hot skillet without oil and brown for a couple of minutes. Transfer the nuts to a paper towel and remove the skin by rubbing them between your fingers. Instead of hazelnuts and almonds, you can use any other nuts. Walnuts are ideal for this pie.
Break the chocolate into squares and melt it. It is better to do this not in the microwave, but in a double boiler. This way the chocolate is always under control, and you don't have to constantly check how it behaves in the microwave. And in my opinion, chocolate melts much better in a double boiler.
Set aside a quarter of the dough in a separate bowl and add vanilla sugar to it. Mix well. Pour slightly cooled melted chocolate into the remaining dough and add coarsely chopped hazelnuts. Mix everything thoroughly. You can easily replace the chocolate with cocoa (you will need 4 tablespoons for this amount of ingredients). But I prefer to use melted chocolate - it has a nobler aroma, and the baked goods with it come out more moist and rich. Of course, this pie can be made entirely chocolate, but in this variation, we liked this mini zebra more. In addition, during baking, the dough rose in such a way that in the section, the vanilla layer of the pie reminds of a smile. Isn't that a reason to lift your spirits?
Thoroughly grease the bowl of the multicooker with oil. Spread half of the chocolate dough on the bottom of the bowl. Place the vanilla dough in the center of the chocolate dough. Finish with the remaining chocolate dough. Cook in the multicooker for 45 minutes in the baking mode. Let the pie cool completely and invite your family to the table for tea. You can sprinkle the finished pie with powdered sugar, but it is best to pour it with chocolate glaze. You can never have too much chocolate. Melt a bar of chocolate with a small piece of butter for the glaze.
