Beetroot Salad as in a Kindergarten
Beetroot salads are quite common on my dining table: beetroot is a healthy vegetable for both children and adults. Beetroot salads are an essential part of the children's diet even in kindergartens. Although I am not a kindergarten, I often cook meals from the kindergarten menu for my adult family members, and I suggest you treat your loved ones to a delicious salad for lunch. The portions for children are not very large, so if you are cooking for adults, increase the quantity of ingredients.

Ingredients
- Beetroot200 g
- Dried apricots30 g
- Raisins30 g
- Vegetable oil15 g
Directions
For cooking, use beetroot, dried apricots, raisins, vegetable oil.
Before cooking, taste the beetroot. If it's sweet, the salad will be much tastier. Rinse and boil the beetroot with the skin until tender. Let it cool.
Rinse the raisins, place them in a small saucepan, pour boiling water and bring to a boil. Drain the broth, let the raisins cool on a paper towel. Boil water separately and pour over the dried apricots. It will take about 20-25 minutes for the dried apricots to soften.
Remove the skin from the cooled beetroot. Grate it on a coarse grater.
Add chopped prunes and dried raisins to the grated beetroot. Mix well. Spray with vegetable oil.
Delicious Beet Salad is ready.
