Skillet Macaroni with Ground Beef
Skillet Macaroni with Ground Beef is a great option for a quick dinner. You don't need a lot of dishes, everything is cooked in one skillet. The macaroni are not boiled separately. They are not just mixed with sauce, but cooked right in it. Of course, this way they soak up the creaminess to the maximum. It's quick and very delicious.

Directions
Prepare all the ingredients for making pasta with minced meat in a skillet. The minced meat should be chilled. In this recipe, I used homemade minced meat from beef and pork in a 50/50 ratio. You can use any minced meat you have, as pasta will go well with chicken or turkey minced meat, as well as rabbit.
For the recipe, it is better to use fatty cream, at least 20%. The sauce with them turns out to be very tender and silky.
Peel the onion and finely dice it.
Peel the garlic and finely chop it. I have a fairly large clove, and one clove is enough to make the dish. If your garlic is small, it is better to use two cloves.
Clean the mushrooms from the stems and dirt, quickly rinse them. Cut each mushroom in half and then slice into medium-sized pieces.
Do not keep the mushrooms in water for too long while washing. Mushrooms quickly absorb water and then release the absorbed liquid into the dish during cooking. And it is not needed there.
Instead of mushrooms, you can take chanterelles or any other mushrooms that you like.
Pour vegetable oil into the skillet and heat it over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and garlic.
Heat the onions and garlic over medium-low heat for a couple of minutes until translucent. Be careful not to burn the garlic and onions.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and stir.
Cook the mushrooms, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 minutes. During this time, the mushrooms will reduce in size.
Add the ground meat, salt, and pepper to the pan. Mix everything well and cook the meat for 5 minutes. If desired, you can add your favorite spices at this stage, but be careful not to overpower the creamy flavor of the pasta and meat.
The meat should become lighter in color and almost fully cooked, while remaining juicy and aromatic.

Add minced meat, salt, and pepper to the pan. Mix well and fry the meat for 5 minutes. If desired, you can add your favorite spices at this stage. However, it is better if they are not too overpowering, so as not to overshadow the creamy taste of the pasta with meat.
The minced meat should become lighter in color and almost fully cooked, while still remaining juicy and flavorful.
Add the pasta to the pan, along with water and cream. Mix everything well, cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to low, and cook the pasta with meat under the lid for 7 minutes.
Please note that the cooking time of the pasta may vary. This depends on the type of pasta you are using. Some pasta cooks in 5 minutes, while others may take 10. To determine the exact cooking time, it is worth reading the instructions on the packaging. Subtract one minute from the time indicated on the package and cook according to the recipe. For example, if the packaging states a cooking time of 8 minutes, I cook them for 7 minutes at this stage, leaving one minute for further steps.
While the pasta is cooking, finely chop the dill and prepare the thyme by removing the leaves from the stem.

Prepare all the ingredients for cooking delicious young potatoes. For this recipe, the smallest, cheapest, young potatoes are perfect, which are often not known what to do with. In this dish, they look very cute - you skewer a potato on a fork, all covered in green, aromatic sauce, and straight into your mouth:) And you don't need to peel it.
I add a pinch of salt, and then taste it - if the taste is slightly bland, I add a little more. If, by any chance, you realize that the sauce is slightly oversalted, add half a teaspoon of sugar, it will slightly balance the taste.
Thoroughly wash the potatoes using a convenient method. For example, just take a few small tubers in your hands and rub them against each other under running water. Or use special coarse gloves. These are two methods that I use.
After that, drain the potatoes on a sieve or colander and rinse them thoroughly.
Place the potatoes in a saucepan, cover with water, add salt, and bring to a boil until cooked. The cooking time depends on the size of the tubers. Small ones cook for 15-20 minutes.
Finely chop the onion, as well as the garlic. If there is no green onion, you can use shallots or even ordinary onion. I have whole green onion stalks, along with young bulbs.
