Ingredients
- Salmon800 g
- Cranberry400 g
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salton taste
- Black pepperon taste
Directions
Sort the cranberries, you can use frozen ones immediately, without thawing, and put them in a saucepan. Add sugar and bring to a boil over low heat.
Remove from heat and puree the sauce with a blender, leaving some berries whole.
Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper, lightly brush with olive oil, and place it in a baking dish. Cook under the grill in the oven for ten minutes. In principle, you can prepare the salmon in any convenient and familiar way: bake it in foil, cook it in a slow cooker, or grill it in a pan, it doesn't matter. Pour the cooked fish with the sauce and serve.
