Directions
Prepare all the ingredients. Rinse and peel the carrots. Boil the cabbage for 10 minutes in salted water. Rinse the onions. Rinse the fish with cold water and cut it into small cubes.
Now you need to prepare the dough for pancakes. To do this, mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. In a glass, mix eggs with water. Gradually pour the mixture of water and eggs into the dry ingredients and knead the dough. Using a mixer, beat the dough until all lumps disappear.
Finely chop the cabbage, and cut the onion into rings. Grate the carrot. Mix all the ingredients into the dough. You can leave a small portion of green onion for garnish.
Heat a frying pan with 20 ml of oil (adding 20 ml of oil each time). Take the dough with a tablespoon and place it on the frying pan, slightly flattening it. Fry each pancake on both sides until golden brown for about 3 minutes over medium heat.
Serve with your favorite sauce. You can sprinkle the remaining green onions on top. Enjoy your meal!
