Let's start cooking fried potatoes with mushrooms and onions in the multicooker! Peel and slice the onion. The cutting method, of course, remains at the discretion of the hostess. But in my family, everyone loves fried onions, so there is no need to hide it with small chopping. I have young garlic, so I didn't crush the cloves with a knife, they are incredibly fragrant at this time of year. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl (the amount I mentioned is approximate, adjust according to your family's preferences), add sliced onions and garlic. Set the Fry mode. This mode is automatically programmed for 15 minutes for me. Different culinary sources have different approaches to preparing champignons: some recommend cleaning them, some do not clean these mushrooms at all. Over the years, I have developed my own attitude towards these favorite mushrooms: I don't specifically clean them, but while washing them under cold running water, I gently remove the excess top film with my hands. That is, I only remove what can be easily removed. Cut the washed mushrooms into 4 parts. Usually, for this dish, I take small mushrooms, but yesterday they were not available, and there were very fresh, white, but large mushrooms. So, we will cut them.
