Focaccia is a delicious Italian flatbread with a crispy crust, a type of bread. With the popularity of the Western trend of pictures on bread, herbs and vegetables can be arranged in the form of a design.

- Water175 g

- Salt1 teaspoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon

Directions
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Thoroughly wash and dry the greens.
Mix flour with sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add water and oil, knead the dough. It should turn out to be an elastic dough, form it into a ball.
Grease the edges of the bowl, cover the dough with a towel or plastic wrap with punctures, and leave in a warm place for 1-2 hours.
The dough will increase in size by 2-3 times.
Grease the baking dish with a small amount of olive oil.
Slice the vegetables into slices.
Grease your hands with oil and stretch the dough onto the mold (the dough is quite sticky). Add herbs and vegetables in any order, sprinkle with olive oil, lightly press with your fingers in several places, sprinkle with dried garlic. Leave the dough in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200-220 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
