These fish nuggets are juicy on the inside with a crispy golden crust. They can be enjoyed hot or cold, as a main dish or as an appetizer. Usually served with ketchup or mayonnaise. For a side dish, prepare mashed potatoes or boiled rice, and serve with fresh vegetables.

Directions
To prepare fish nuggets, you will need fish fillet, wheat flour, bread crumbs, chicken eggs, sunflower oil, salt, pepper.
It is better to buy fresh sea fish fillet. If the fillet is frozen, it needs to be thawed. Rinse thoroughly in cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
Cut the fillet into long portioned pieces. If the pieces are very long, you can cut them in half, it will be easier to fry them. Season the fish slices with salt and pepper.
Prepare three plates: one with flour, one with chicken eggs, and one with bread crumbs. Lightly beat the chicken eggs with a whisk or fork.
Dip the prepared fish pieces into the flour first. Shake off excess flour.
Then dip it in the egg mixture.
And coat it in breadcrumbs. To make the crust denser and crispier, we recommend repeating the fifth, sixth, and seventh steps.
Pour sunflower oil into a deep saucepan or skillet and heat it. The oil should be well heated. Dip several pieces of fish into the hot oil, so that it floats freely in it. Fry until golden brown. Flip the nuggets several times during frying to ensure even cooking.
Prepare a flat plate and line it with paper towels. Place the fried nuggets on it to drain off any excess oil.
