Cheese Balls with Grapes
Grapes, cheese, and walnuts - a perfect combination. Surprise your guests with an unusual appetizer in the form of balls! You can make this appetizer a day before serving. Store it in a refrigerator in an airtight container.

- Hard cheese100 g
- Cream cheese140 g
- Walnuts100 g
Directions
Prepare the ingredients.
Finely chop or grind walnuts into crumbs in a blender bowl.
Make a small cut on top of each grape so that the seeds can be removed but the berries remain whole.
Grate the hard cheese using a fine grater, then mix it with cream cheese.
Spread 2-3 teaspoons of the cheese mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap, flattening and shaping it into a circle.
Place a grape in the center, then use the plastic wrap to shape the cheese mixture into a ball around it.
Roll the ball in nuts and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes
Place the appetizer on a serving dish. You can make this appetizer a day ahead of serving. Store in the refrigerator in a tightly closed container.
