Warm Banana Dessert
On the eve of Valentine's Day, every hostess thinks about how to surprise her loved one. Despite its simplicity, this dessert is very unique: warm banana, cold ice cream, and crunchy chocolate. This dessert is perfect for a festive table, especially for two. It is also adored by children, so it can even replace a cake. Children will devour it in seconds and ask for more.

Ingredients
- Banana1 piece
- Ice cream80 g
- Butter20 g
- Chocolate20 g
Directions
For this dessert, very ripe and sweet bananas are needed, even overripe ones with dark skin will work fine. The main thing is that the banana is not spoiled and not black inside. Cut it into slices, the thickness doesn't matter much.
To prepare this dessert, I use a pan with a Teflon coating, nothing sticks to it, and it cooks evenly. A regular skillet won't be as convenient. Melt the butter, add the bananas, and cook while stirring with a silicone spatula or wooden spoon.
Meanwhile, cut the ice cream into small pieces. Vanilla or neutral-flavored ice cream works best. I find it convenient to use ice cream in a brick form, but you can use any portioned ice cream, for example, in a waffle cone (don't forget to remove it).
When bananas become soft and slightly darken, remove from heat.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Place a warm banana in a ramekin, top with ice cream. Drizzle with chocolate or squeeze it through a cornet. The ice cream will melt on the warm bananas, while the chocolate will harden on the cold ice cream and become crispy.
