Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash the broccoli. Chop the florets and place them in a baking dish without oil and spices.


Place the broccoli in the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. To have a roasted taste instead of a boiled taste, there is no need to pre-cook the broccoli! This also saves time.


While the broccoli is in the oven, prepare the sauce. Grate the cheese. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk, add the cheese, and if desired, spices.


Remove the baked broccoli from the oven and pour the cheese sauce over it, distributing it evenly over the surface of the casserole. Return to the oven for another 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. The broccoli casserole is ready!
