Prepare all the ingredients. I always buy 15% fat sour cream, that's what I use. You can use a thick natural yogurt like Greek yogurt. If you have a little more onion, that's good too. Medium-sized egg, 62-63 grams. The diameter of the pan is 20 centimeters.
