Preparing a delicious burger at home, just like in a cafe, is not a difficult task. Whether at home, at the cottage, or in the great outdoors, you can feed your whole family with burgers made by your own hands. All the ingredients can be found in any store. I personally buy special grain-fed beef patties, they are very juicy and tasty. But of course, you can also make the patty yourself. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for a homemade burger. I buy chilled beef patties for burgers. I always check the composition and shelf life of the semi-finished product. If the composition of the patty is good, made from natural ingredients without flavor enhancers or food colorings, then you can confidently buy it. It is best to buy such semi-finished products from trusted manufacturers. If desired, you can make the burger patty yourself, but this process will take a little more time. The cheese for the burger should melt well on the hot patty. Be sure to buy juicy and sweet tomatoes. You will also need a salted or low-salt pickle. If you like spicy food, you can add pickled jalapeno peppers to the burger. If desired, you can add fresh sweet or pickled onions to the ingredients. Add mustard, tomato sauce, or ketchup to taste. You can complement or replace the tomato sauce (ketchup) with mayonnaise.

Fry the chilled beef patty on a dry, preheated skillet until cooked. The patty should be fully cooked inside and remain juicy. The cooking time depends on the size and thickness of the patty. The one I bought was quite fatty, so I didn't need to grease the skillet additionally. If you're making a chicken patty burger, use oil for frying.
