Directions
Prepare the necessary ingredients for grilling peach with berry sauce. Instead of peaches, you can use nectarines - their skin is more tender and does not have a fuzzy layer. You can also choose berries to your taste: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc.
Thoroughly wash the peaches in water, removing the fuzzy layer. Cut them in half and then into wedges. If the halves do not separate from the pit, carefully trim the flesh.
Preheat the grill and place the peach slices on it. There is no need to grease the grill or surfaces - peaches are juicy and the flesh will not stick.
Grill the fruit slices for about 2-3 minutes, keeping an eye on the surface to ensure clear grill marks. Then remove the fruits with a spatula onto a plate.
Wash the berries in water and pour them into a saucepan or skillet. Add granulated sugar and place the container on the stove, simmering the contents for about 10-15 minutes.
After the specified time, remove the container from the heat and let cool.
Strain the resulting jam through a sieve, removing the berry pulp. You can use it for making sandwiches by spreading a toasted slice of bread with butter and topping it with the berry pulp. Transfer the resulting berry sauce to a bowl or sauceboat.
Arrange the grilled peaches on a serving dish with the berry sauce.
Drizzle the baked fruits with the sauce, garnish with fresh mint leaves. You can also add whipped cream to the peaches using a pastry bag. Serve the grilled peaches with the warm berry sauce, accompanied by a glass of chilled white wine.
