Information
Ingredients
- Pear200 g
- Butter100 g
- Sugar130 g
- Chicken egg2 piece
- Sour cream50 g
- Wheat flour180 g
- Dough conditioner1 teaspoon
- Powdered sugaroptional
Directions
The butter should be at room temperature, so before preparing the cake, take it out of the refrigerator and leave it on the table for 30-40 minutes. I used butter with 82% fat. Put the softened butter in a deep bowl, add sugar, and beat with a mixer until light and fluffy.
Add two medium-sized eggs to the bowl and beat well with a whisk until smooth.
Add sour cream (I used 10% fat) to the soft mixture and beat well again.
Sift the flour with the baking powder into a bowl with the obtained soft mixture and mix the contents with a spatula until smooth.
Grease the baking pan with a piece of butter. I used a 22 cm diameter pan. The smaller the diameter of the pan, the higher the finished pie will be. By the way, this pie comes off the sides of the pan easily, so you can use non-removable ceramic, glass, or metal pans. Pour the dough into the pan and level it with a spatula.
Wash the pears, dry them, and slice them thinly. If the skin is too rough, it is better to remove it to ensure a tender and soft pie.
Place the pear slices on top of the dough.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes.
Allow the cooked pie to cool slightly in the pan, then remove and transfer it to a plate. You can dust the pie with powdered sugar and garnish it with mint leaves.
The simple pear pie is ready! Enjoy your meal!
