Homemade Nutella
Homemade Nutella is a great option for a family breakfast! This nut spread can also be used to fill cookies, brownies, and muffins. The recipe is very simple, using easily accessible ingredients, but it turns out just as good as store-bought!
Information
Ingredients
- Hazelnut150 g
- Coconut oil200 g
- Milk100 g
- Cocoa powder30 g
- Vanilla sugar15 g
- Powdered sugar130 g
Directions
Prepare all ingredients.
Roast the nuts in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees, spreading them on a baking sheet. During roasting, periodically stir the nuts.
Cool the nuts and remove the shells. This can be easily done by rubbing the nuts between your palms. Then grind the nuts in a blender or coffee grinder until a paste-like consistency is formed. If this texture does not form, add a little oil and blend again. My blender broke, so I tried to do it in a weak coffee grinder. The paste did not form, but in my opinion, it didn't make the paste worse.
Mix the milk with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and blend.
Add butter and blend. The mixture should become thick. Add cocoa and blend again.
At the end, add the crushed nuts and blend them in a blender. Transfer to a jar and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Homemade Nutella pasta is ready. Enjoy your meal!
