Homemade Cream and Condensed Milk Ice Cream
I have been making ice cream at home for years using only 2 ingredients - cream and condensed milk. It's incredibly simple and doesn't require an ice cream maker. All you need to do is whip the heavy cream, add the condensed milk, and let it freeze in the freezer until fully set. This ice cream is natural, 100% creamy, delicious, and has a very pleasant texture. But that's just the base. You can experiment further by adding vanilla, any type of berries, soft fruits, nuts, chocolate, cookies, or even liquor. In this recipe, I will be adding ripe blackberry berries to the cream and condensed milk ice cream. And for the second variety, it will be slightly reminiscent of tiramisu dessert as I will be adding Baileys liquor to the ice cream. My experiments with coffee liquor make the taste of the ice cream unique. You definitely won't find this ice cream in a store, but you can easily make it at home.

Directions
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for homemade cream and condensed milk ice cream. Buy high-quality whipping cream, with a fat content of 33% or higher. The cream should be fresh, with 100% natural composition. The second ingredient is condensed milk. Choose condensed milk without a milk fat substitute, with a good composition and a long expiration date. Use vanilla sugar or vanilla according to your preference. Add syrup, fruits, or berries to taste. You can make ice cream using only cream and condensed milk.
Pour very cold whipped cream into a glass mixing bowl. You can chill the cream in the freezer for 10 minutes prior to making the ice cream.
Beat the very cold whipped cream until stiff peaks form using a mixer or food processor.
Pour 100-150 ml of condensed milk into the whipped cream.
Beat the mixture again with the mixer on medium power. Taste the whipped cream with the condensed milk for sweetness and adjust the amount of condensed milk if necessary.
Divide the mixture into 2 parts if you want to make ice cream with different flavors. Pour the whipped cream into glass containers, ramekins, or ice cream molds.
Add Bailey's liqueur to a portion of ice cream and gently mix it.
Add vanilla to a portion of cream and condensed milk ice cream. This step can be skipped.
Wash the berries, cut them into several pieces, and remove the stems if any.
Add the prepared berries to the ice cream mixture. Mix everything gently. You can also add soft fruits, nuts, chocolate chips, etc.
Cover the prepared ice cream molds with plastic wrap or lids. Put it in the freezer for 5-6 hours until completely frozen. It is important to cover the ice cream to prevent it from absorbing any unwanted odors from the freezer.
Before serving, transfer the ice cream from the freezer to the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to slightly thaw. Optionally, you can decorate the whipped cream and condensed milk ice cream with berries, nuts, or chocolate.
Homemade ice cream is easy to make and incredibly delicious. If you have a special ice cream scoop, you can make beautiful scoops and serve them in glasses. Whipped cream and condensed milk ice cream is ready. Enjoy your meal.
